Objective: identify design descrepancies in the UI.
As Godaddy was beginning the process of rebranding their products there were many UI details in both cPanel and VPS4 dashboards that were outdated and not providing maximum value.
CPANEL ANALYSIS
Once the server has been provisioned, I detected feedback issues within the dashboard.
Based on the view of the previous image, I realized that the greyed out "Alerts" page is actually accessible, however, not clear to understand at a glance.

MAJOR TAKEAWAYS
Though this work can seem tedious and draining, it's critical that product teams are regularly analyzing their UI/UX and how the design can provide the maximum value to customers as possible.
Personally, I really enjoy conducting granular research and identifying usability problems like this. The problem solver in me came out and had fun! It was also rewarding to hear that the Product Managers for both server teams found everything insightful and were preparing to implement my findings.
